    The Loyalty Marketing Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting the loyalty marketing team in mining and analyzing customer data to provide valuable insights on customer purchasing behavior, measuring marketing campaign performance, and evaluating its effectiveness across the Coborn’s Inc., enterprise, including, but not limited to, store loyalty data and e-Commerce customer data.


    The ideal candidate will have to be a pro-active, self-starter with strong analytical, math, and technology skills along with a demonstrated ability in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating findings to senior leaders.



    All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed:


    • Assist with the extraction and manipulation of data for regular tracking and reporting tool such as weekly dashboards, customer scorecards, ad reports, and promotion recaps reports by obtaining UPCs, entering product descriptions, creating product groups, setting up and running reports, exporting data, populating missing data, error checking and distributing reports to key stakeholders.
    • Assist with the creation and delivery of in-depth, ad hoc promotional reports and recap. 
    • Track and analyze quarterly and annual market research data using survey tools.

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in marketing, decision sciences or quantitative fields (math, economics, statistics, etc).
    • Data driven mindset
    • Experience in data assimilation and analysis
    • Preferred experience in customer database management and analytics.
    • Demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team as well as function individually and perform and pursue individual tasks assigned.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Self-starter and ability to work independently with little supervision.
