As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Customer Relations Representative is responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, resolving interactions from customers by explaining policies and procedures in a professional and enthusiastic manner. �The Customer Relations Representative will also document all interactions in the customer interaction system database and process administrative tasks as needed.
The Customer Relations Representative position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. �Will need to have the ability to use all computer systems and processes necessary to perform duties accurately and maintain confidential customer information. Must provide excellent customer relationship skills including listening skills, problem solving, and proper phone etiquette. Must be flexibile in hours to ensure we are able to meet customer expectations. �
